prioritize building strong, trusting connections with each child, their families, and the wider community. Our teachers actively listen to children, valuing their thoughts and feelings, and encourage positive interactions among peers to foster a sense of community and mutual respect. They create inclusive spaces
where children feel safe to explore, express themselves, and develop their social and emotional skills.
